There are two simple ways to participate in the Trip to Georgia Lottery :

We’re giving one lucky guest the chance to win two tickets for a trip to Georgia — and there are two ways to boost your chances
Dine-In Lottery Tickets
Lottery tickets are available exclusively for dine-in guests and are earned based on how much your table spends during a single visit. For every $150 spent, you receive one lottery ticket, calculated from the total check before tax and tip. For example, a $150 check earns 1 ticket, a $300 check earns two tickets, while a $450 check earns three, and so on. Tickets are issued per table, per visit, so each dining experience counts on its own.
Quick breakdown:
$150 spent → 1 ticket
$300 spent → 2 tickets
$450 spent → 3 tickets (and more as you spend more)
If your check exceeds $150, simply let your server know and request a lottery ticket. Fill it out carefully with your name and best contact information so we can reach you if you win. Once completed, you can drop the ticket into the raffle drum inside the restaurant, or hand it back to your server and they’ll take care of it for you.

Regional Postcard Puzzle Bonus Entries
The 12 region postcards are more than collectibles—they’re a storytelling experience. Each postcard highlights a distinct region, capturing its historic significance, cultural identity, and local character. Together, the full set forms a curated journey through places shaped by tradition, heritage, and lived experiences.
Every region has its own postcard, designed to reflect what makes that area unique. From historical landmarks and defining moments to cultural customs and regional influences, each postcard acts as a visual guide and narrative snapshot. When travelers eventually visit these regions, the postcards serve as a point of reference—offering context, inspiration, and a deeper appreciation of the places they’ll explore.
Completing the entire set of 12 region postcards represents a full journey across all featured regions. As a reward for completing this collection, you’ll receive twelve (12) additional lottery entries—a bonus reserved for those who collect the full story.

Winner Selection & Drawing
All lottery tickets collected from every participating location will be gathered together and combined into one raffle drum, ensuring that every entry has an equal and fair chance. Once all tickets are compiled, a random draw will take place on May 26, in celebration of Georgian Independence Day. The drawing will be livestreamed, allowing guests to follow along and share in the excitement as the winner is selected. The chosen winner will then be contacted directly using the name and contact details provided on the ticket. This special date ties the anticipation of the draw to a meaningful national celebration, making the moment both memorable and symbolic.

Welcome to Tbilisi

Gamarjoba and welcome to Tbilisi, Georgia's capital. Upon landing, a private transfer brings us into the heart of the city. Later, we gather for a welcome drink and our first dinner together to introduce the vibrant dishes and warm hospitality of the region.
Day 2
Tbilisi Layers
October 5, Mon
Explore Old Tbilisi on foot, from Narikala Fortress to the pastel houses of the narrow lanes. Visit a culinary studio for a hands-on class in traditional techniques. In the evening, enjoy a celebratory Georgian supra led by a tamada (toastmaster) and polyphonic singers.
Day 3
Ancient Capitals & Cave Towns
October 6, Tue
Venture to Mtskheta, the spiritual heart of Georgia, and the cave town of Uplistsikhe. Witness a Khridoli martial arts performance before a tasting lunch at a renowned vineyard. Return to Tbilisi for an evening at leisure.
Day 4
The Wine Region: Kakheti
October 7, Wed
Travel to Kakheti to see 8,000-year-old winemaking traditions involving qvevri. Visit the "city of love," Signagi, and the Lost Ridge community to learn the art of baking traditional Georgian bread.
Day 5
Markets & Master Artisans
October 8, Thu
Stroll through the Telavi farmers' market and meet master qvevri makers in Vardisubani. Visit the Alexander Chavchavadze Museum and enjoy a tasting of bold Georgian reds with a local winemaker.
Day 6
The Great Caucasus
October 9, Fri
The road narrows as we head to Kazbegi. In a family kitchen, learn to make khinkali (dumplings) and enjoy them with chacha brandy. Check into our alpine hotel with views of snow-capped peaks.
Day 7
Alpine Meadows & Family Feasts
October 10, Sat
Hike to the Gergeti Trinity Church, 7,000 feet above sea level. Enjoy a celebratory lunch in the home of a local family in Tsdo. Dinner tonight features foraged and seasonal ingredients in a rustic setting.
Day 8
Gorges, Waterfalls & Farewell
October 11, Sun
Hike through Dariali Gorge to the Gveleti Waterfall. Return to Tbilisi for a final feast at a restaurant known for reinterpreting Georgian classics, complete with music and polyphonic harmonies.

Departures
October 12, Mon
After a final breakfast, we say our farewells. Transfers to Tbilisi International Airport (TBS) are provided. Shemdeg Jeramde!
